On the fence with this company. Service was average. My second treatment appointment was cancelled by text message at the last minute after making plans and accommodations with children and pets. I Never received a direct call from the company or a call from management when I requested it multiple times for an explanation. I also don't feel convinced with the treatment process. Only time will tell. The service tech was done the entire house much quicker than I expected. I'm not comfortable with the thoroughness of the treatment.

The representatives from your company were helpful when I called to schedule service and an appointment was made. The representative who came to treat my home was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

Highly recommend! Response and same-day service to remove a very large and active hornets' nest. John showed up right on time, assessed the situation, made sure we understood the process, provided a very reasonable fee and was able to take care of the nest immediately. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.

We had a few species of hornet and bee infestations at two separate properties and the Dirks Pest Management team was fast, knowledgeable and effective at completely eradicating the hives with different techniques. This is a friendly, family-owned and operated, local business and I recommend them completely. These guys are pros!
