Needed to replace Microwave. Was looking for a specific one. I called store and was told they had 4 in stock in “aisle 4”. I drove to store and looked but could not find. I stood in appliance area for about 10 minutes and never saw an associate. Two employees were standing in an aisle 20 feet away were having a conversation but none offered help. Finally I asked a passer by employee who got me help. After about 20 minutes it was clear they couldn’t find or had none. While 3 employees huddled at a point of sale not updating me, I called a Best Buy 30 minutes away and purchased the exact microwave I was looking for. I finally spoke to the 3 associates who made a lame excuse for their employer. I said to one “ so the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing”. He replied “depends wh

Not one cashier available..all self checkout and the screen was not functioning correctly. Employee guarding the registers was too busy straightening the pretzels to be bothered to assist. If you can't be bothered to check me out, I will shop elsewhere. Can't give less than one star......

Canandaigua Lowe’s store is truly pleasant, helpful store staffed with individuals that want to help you. From aisle staff to returns, this crew goes out of their way for you. That alone makes the store standout. My 4-star rating is due to the fact that although the store stocks 95% of the items I may be looking for, there are times when the product I’m buying is not available. Clean, friendly and helpful, a big thumbs up.

Had a delivery from Lowe’s today for a bathroom project and Ken was the BEST! So easygoing, kind, very friendly and most of all helpful! I was not prepared for this delivery, much less the delivery without it being brought inside but he was so kind to help me get it stored into our shed instead! Thank you so so much!! Your kindness saved me a big headache!

Nice clean store, reasonable prices, helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars, but for disorganization. I went there for a few items. Couldn't find one. Checked the app. App says "My Store" has 7 in stock, isle X, bay Y. I'm at Isle X, bay Y. Shelves have several products of the same brand, but not the item I'm looking for. Got help from a staff person. Showed her the item in my phone. She checked her tablet. Isle X, bay Y. Nope. She went to check with someone else. Nope. So, somewhere in the supply chain there's a disconnect between reality and the stocking data.
