Lowe's Home Improvement

I have a business account with Lowe's. Unfortunately this Lowe's is my local store because unlike other Lowe's that actually have the carts inside staged in the aisles on the contractor end, this Lowe's likes to leave the carts at the far corner of the parking lot so if you walk in and you need drywall or something then you have to exit store and backtrack all the way across the parking lot to go get a cart. Also constantly have too much cardboard pop-ups in the middle of the aisles which makes it hard to push materials through the store without taking out some nonsense item that's on promotion in the way. Otherwise fairly consistent service and product availability

Store was improperly organized and severely understaffed. no open registers only self-checkouts. Once again forcing me to abandon my purchases to buy them on Amazon because if I'm going to need to talk to a machine to get the materials I need I would rather get them delivered to my door and pay less for them versus having to wrangle getting them checked out loaded in my car with a special needs child. While I understand that self-checkouts are convenience for a lot of people, but for me all they are is a sign of a dying business. One of the few advantages, brick and mortar have over online is the customer service and being able to physically examine the goods before you purchased them. physically examine the goods before you purchased them. I am severely disappointed in this chain. Oh one

I returned something to this location and the customer service associate treated me like a common theif. She is very rude and while she's insulting you she tells you about how everyone from her hometown of Boston would never bring something back. Lowe's has an issue at these stores on stapling products back together to make them look like they weren't preused and then sell them for more money. This is the second time that I bought something from a low store in two weeks and it was missing parts. But the real problem is, when you return There subpar merchandise The customer service representative makes you feel and treats you like the common thief.

Had great experience with Robin and David in the paint department at Lowe’s on Pine Island Rd. They went above and beyond on a color match for me! Great customer service!

Chris & Tom just helped me and I walked out feeling empowered! It’s rare to get such knowledgeable and helpful service. I’m grateful. I can’t recommend this store and specifically these employees enough!
