I stopped by the new Lowe’s in Celina off Preston during their soft opening, and I have to say—it was a surprisingly great experience. There were sales associates everywhere asking if I needed help. I’ve been in Lowe’s at least a thousand times over the years, and I’ve honestly never experienced that level of attentiveness before. I’m fully aware this level of staffing probably won’t happen again after the grand opening rush, but it was impressive nonetheless. Speaking of which, the official grand opening is next week. The store itself was squeaky clean and fully stocked—everything looked brand new and well cared for. Everything is also very well laid out, making it easy to find what you need. Fantastic experience shopping at this Lowes. Clean store, attentive staff and well displayed products. Was given great advice by Jason on what we needed for our project. Would absolutely recommend this store. 5 stars from me!!

We had a delightful shopping experience at Lowe's Celina. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Wendell. He took the time to walk us around the store to make sure we got everything we needed on our list and was knowledgeable about the store's products. Look forward to our next visit! 😀

Arrived 11 min before closing. As we walked in I was told that the store was closing and that it would be better if I came back tomorrow. I said I needed a couple of items and I would be quick. The guy working lumber told me to hurry or we would be locked in. We left and when I started my truck to leave the clock showed 8:57. So much for customer service!!! I’ll just drive to home depot and Ace.
