DO NOT buy appliances from Lowe’s.I bought an oven from Lowe’s, and during the installation they broke my microwave trim. When I tried to resolve the issue, both Lowe’s and the installation company,( Mega Plumbing), refused to take responsibility and said it was not their fault. I am very disappointed.

Went to exchange a refrigerator and we had a manager from the Pro Department, Nancy Rodriguez, help us out tremendously. She was very courteous, knowledgeable & easy going. I want to give Nancy Rodriguez a lot of kudos. Thank you.

Literally....lowes corporate feedback invest in the automated propane tank system for ease of customer use like HD. 25 minute wait for a key holder for propane exchange. Labor is tough but either train more ley holders or automate. Just nkt an exciting or easy process.

I have always preferred Lowes over HD, I would go in and buy what I needed and walk out with deals I didn't need but were a bargain. In the past 2 years they have shut down cashiers and always have huge lines. When you need assistance you have to track down a staff member and they always look harassed; its not their dept, they don't know, etc. Today I was told I would have better luck coming back M-F 9-5. I find myself going to HD where I know I'm paying a little more but they are all the things when it comes to customer service.

I came into today to purchase a pressure washer since my old one died. I purchased the last one on Amazon and didn't want to do that again, so I decided to go to my Lowes and pick one up. I spent 15 to 20 minutes reviewing products you carry and checking online reviews to make my decision. I finally make my choice and head up to self check out to make my purchase. When I scanned the item, I realized it rang up incorrectly, or so I thought. I told the associates monitoring the checkouts, and they asked me to take a photo and they could make an adjustment to the price. This took me off guard since two associates were standing there.
