Be careful with this company. I bought stove, washer, dryer… during the Thanksgiving holidays. The whole process has been a nightmare. First they rescheduled my delivery and then they tell me, I bounce the payment after they were the ones the send the money back. Finally delivery date gets here, and the delivery people tell me they don’t know how to installed it. So, today I get another set of individual to come install it. They tell me the machines are the defected. I call Lowe’s … and they tried to brush me off and tell me they can just refund my money. On the mean time they already took my old washer/dryer that work. I tell them no… they need to keep their end of the bargain and deliver my stuff. Now I get to wait another week to find out if I will have a washer / dryer. Th

I want to like Lowe's because they have so many products and a nice clean shop, but it takes an act of congress to get anyone to help you in any section of the store. The PA is constantly going off for the paint counter, lumber area, etc. for customers waiting, and the only time I was approached during my 40-minute stay in the tile section was by someone trying to sell me gutters. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or if customer service just isn't a focus, but I left empty-handed for the third time in as many months - not because they didn't have what I needed, but because I didn't know where certain things were and I had questions about specific tile adhesives, but there was nobody around. Patrick was a literal angel, he saw me struggling with my 3 year old in self checkout he stopped what he was doing and came to help me ring up all my items (there was a good amount ) never once did he seem bothered or like my son was a inconvenience. He was so helpful and took it upon himself to just step in and help me. Thank you SO MUCH Patrick, that help meant more than you’ll will ever know !

There’s a reason this location has the lowest ratings. They don’t hire enough staff and the ones in the door department or the guy I dealt with has no idea what he’s doing. They took my information and no one showed up to take measurements. When someone called he said he doesn’t measure doors I wanted so I called the store, spoke to a lady who claimed to be an assistant manager and had no idea they “offered installation” for security screen doors although it says it online and at the store. She told me she would call me back in “twenty minutes”, after verifying she had my information. A week later and never called back. I had to go to a different location to get someone out to measure. Even then, I paid $45 for this service and the guy who took the measurements refused to tell me what they
