I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent in-store experience with a store manager named Nick. During my visit, I requested a price match for a brand-new DeWalt circular saw that was being sold for $144 by the official DeWalt Store on Amazon. The item was new, in stock, and sold directly by DeWalt, which I understand to be a qualified retailer under Lowe’s price match policy. Manager Nick refused to honor the price match. When I asked for the reason, his response was that matching the price would mean he “would not make any profit,” which I found to be an inappropriate and unprofessional explanation. Personal profit considerations should not be used as a reason to deny a customer request that appears to fall within company policy. I was not treated with professionalism

I had stopped by the store to place a delivery order for some retaining wall bricks and a few dozen bags of mulch. I asked the associate for a Saturday delivery, and he confirmed. Fast forward to that following Friday, at 7:30AM I get a knock on my door and the delivery truck was there with the forklift halfway up my driveway. The night prior, I got text messages saying that my order was out for delivery on Fri 2/20, and I tried to change the order but could not. The delivery driver was unapologetic about delivering that early (the text messages had suggested that the delivery would be after 12PM that day) and I had no choice but to accept it. This will be short and quick because i will never visit this location again. I visited the La Habra location and found a great deal on interior doors. Unfortunately, they only had 9 of the 10 doors i needed. So, the kind people in La Habra let me know other stores that had them in stock. I found the one i needed here and asked the sales associate if they could price match the La Habra location. The first manger was kind and said yes but since it was 75% off she needed the main managers approval. It was 10 minutes before the store closed and he could not be bothered. He said no at first and once we informed him the door was actually damaged , he said he could do 10% off. I am writing this review on behalf of my mom (a senior citizen). This Lowe's is TERRIBLE! DO NOT shop here! My mom purchased a new water heater from the store and arranged to have it delivered to her house in addition to having her old unit hauled away. Simple right? Nope! First, the new water heater did not arrive within the time frame that was quoted by the salesperson. So, my mom called to reschedule the delivery for when she would be home. But of course! They delivered the unit outside of the agreed time. Instead of calling to find out why she wasn't home, they just dropped off the huge water heater OUTSIDE HER HOUSE, on her driveway! My mom then arranged for them to come back and haul away the old unit. And guess what?! The stupid delivery people who did not ring the doorbel

I had an opportunity to meet two gentleman that were courteous and professional and very helpful . I had a project to do, so decided to go to Lowe’s for my material and I was not disappointed .My initial contact with employees, Greg, and Son are an example of what all employers should have. For this project all I had was a video and pictures to go by so we went from there, and in no time I had all the material, the metal straps ,braces ,screws and bolts and the tools to do the job. Without these fellas I would’ve been frustrated. This Warehouse is big it has material for building, installing , repairing any type of housing and the tools to do the job. They also have flowers and shrubbery .I recommend this place if you’re not quite sure on your project, they have employees that will sugges
