They’ve gotten better about having things in the right places, at least for the stuff I was looking for. I use their app which leads me to the right bays. The staff is always the best. Some of the things I purchased had been left out in the rain and dust and were pretty dirty but still usable. No discount posted for dirty items. They need to do a little more upkeep of those things that don’t sell quick. Other than that, it’s a good store.

I am heartbroken. Yesterday, while shopping with my husband, the young employees helping us were making fun of another customer nearby. He was elderly and polite, but a slow shopper. The employee helping him seemed patient and polite, answering his questions, but the ones with us kept laughing at him behind his back (only 10 ft away!), saying he was making her late for her break. My heart broke. Do they like being made fun of? One day they will be old and want patient help at a store. Sometimes I’m a slow shopper or need to ask questions. Will they treat me the same? Then after a few minutes of assistance, they told me they wouldn’t help me find the item I want to buy, because they’d have to look for it in a book. So, even though they’re being paid to help customers, they literally told me

Had a can of paint mixed on 12-5-25 at 6:30p. The kid working the counter mixed it with the wrong base and did not print a color label for the top of the can. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this until the following a day after I already spent hours painting. I went back to Lowe’s to purchase a second can of the same color, only to find out that the color was mixed wrong and the color I was given last night was not only NOT the color I requested but also a ‘mystery color’ and the only way to try to get a matching color is to drive back home, retrieve the first can of paint and bring it back for the paint clerk to try to color match whatever color the kid last night mixed up. At $50 a can, plus the supplies (rollers, brushes, tape) and the time spent applying the paint and the additional gas

I do a significant amount of business with Lowe’s, and I’m extremely disappointed with how my recent Black Friday order was handled. When I placed my order, the system showed five units in stock at my local store. I selected curbside pickup and expected the item to be pulled immediately, as any competent inventory system should ensure. Instead, the next day I received a call saying my order was canceled because the store “oversold” the item. If five units were listed as available, that’s an internal issue—not mine. Once an online order is placed and paid for, the product should be pulled from the floor and secured. What made it worse is that no alternatives, substitutions, or price matched replacements were offered. I was simply told I could purchase a more expensive version. That’s unac
