Lowe's Home Improvement

So I'm usually a Home Depot kind of guy and I came into Lowe's and was blown away by the customer service I received from John in appliances. I mean we walked to the top loader washer section and he immediately greeted us and walked us through all the washers pros and cons. He made our decision a whole lot easier. We told him what we were looking for and he told us what's best for us. He was very knowledgeable about the products. He was very kind and made us feel very comfortable! We will definitely be back because of John. Businesses need more people like him 👏 He needs a raise for going above and beyond!

Went to the lowest on Gratiot, in Clinton twp. . Hands Down most help full and friendly staff i think I have ever encountered. Andrea met my girlfriend and I at the foor with a smile and warm greeting. And asked if she could help us... and help was exactly what she did. Lead us through the maze of Halloween animatronic displays, to our little dancing ghostie ... popular little fella that he is, it seemed there were no more of him in the back. So Andrea called in Melissa, who arrived almost instantly. Hooked us up with the floor model, searched for a box and sent us our new skeleton, and devil Donald on our way home .... hands down best staff ever!!!! Amazing team work!!!! Professional, friendly, competent, and just a delight. GIVE THESE LADYS A RAISE!!!!! or at least a pizza party or so

today I went up to Lowe’s to buy some products to pass out to people in desperate need for the snow storm and ran into a nice lady named MELISSA she helped me find what I needed and went so far to pay for all the hand warmers herself I was able to help many people in need and will be helping many more tomorrow please don’t let her kindness go unseen she has a great heart and soul nobody has ever went as far to help me help people as she did and if your reading this I thank you again and so do those people you helped your a great human god bless you and all glory to god

Very well stocked. But every time I come in it's extremely hard to find an employee in there department. As I walked around yesterday. I noticed 3 different groups of employees ranging from 3 to 5 standing in isles just talking. I heard the conversations, and it wasn't work related. Now I give them credit because when I did ask a question one did break away and help me. But I shouldn't have to wonder around looking for them either.

Absolutely love coming to this Lowe’s!! My mother and law have frequented this location since she moved here this past spring. Today, we worked with Yusef in the flooring department and he did an outstanding job. He was so kind and patient with us, as we needed help in several different locations of the store. Would come back again, there are always many helpful & friendly employees who are willing to help.
