Came in bright and early on a holiday Monday and Dan greeted me in the lighting area. He spent a great moment explaining very kindly and calmly the differences between the lightbulbs I was looking at and gave me detailed information. Quite knowledgeable fellow and thankful for his expertise and generosity of teaching!

Everyone we’ve encountered has been helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Customer service and smiling faces can sometimes feel like a lost art these days — but not here. Spent 1,500 on. Washer and Dryer. Scheduled delivery and bought all parts required. Upon delivery the guys stated they have to leave the dryer vent hose whole they don't cut it to fit so I paid you guys to do what? My apartment maintenance guys still have to come out to fix what I already paid for. So now because the hose is like 5 ft long washer and dryer doesn't sit flush and I can't reach the shelves. How messed up is this!

The specialist are great, Tammi in appliances is awesome. 95% of time the store has what I need in stock, just a couple times I had to order something online and delivered to the store, in just a couple of days. If I could I'd give them a 9.5 out of 10 star rating.
