Good Lowe’s location, clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate. Staff are generally helpful and checkout is smooth. A few shelves were mislabeled and online stock didn’t always match in-store availability, but overall a solid place for home improvement needs.

I'm afraid I've had a rather disappointing experience at this establishment on multiple occasions. It's quite frustrating when one enters a store seeking assistance, only to find a scarcity of helpful staff. Furthermore, the general demeanor of those who are available often leaves much to be desired. I've observed a consistent pattern of unhelpful interactions. It's particularly disheartening when the service doesn't match the expectations one might have for a retail environment. I truly hope that the management might consider addressing these recurring issues. Perhaps some additional workplace decorum training for the managers could be beneficial (particularly the middle aged brunette with the vulgar and frankly offensive vocabulary in the light blue vest. I would say I generally have a good experience at this Lowe’s. I can usually find what I need, and the store itself is well-stocked and convenient—especially if you live near Union and Briargate. The only consistent drawback is the level of customer service. Most employees will point you in a general direction, but it often feels like guesswork rather than true guidance. If you come in knowing exactly what you’re looking for, you’ll probably be fine. But if you need help locating something specific in such a large store, you may want to do a little research ahead of time. Overall, Lowe’s meets my shopping needs, just not necessarily because of the team’s support.

I was going to leave this feedback over the phone but after a few attempts, no one is answering Yesterday, I tried to make an Instacart return at this store. I understand Instacart returns can be difficult and a lot of associates have not done them before. The associate at the desk could not find my phone number or email with that purchase and I explained again that it was through Instacart but I would take a store credit because we were about to make a lot of other purchases. She stated the purchase was made at a different store and it would be easier to make the return there. I explained that it actually wouldn’t be easier for me because I was with my 6, 4 and 2 year olds who were overtired and acting up. They have the rudest staff ever. 3 different employees walked right in front of my mom and I. An employee was being scolded for eating a donut on the floor by a manager but the manager himself also wasn’t paying attention and walked in front of us. Then another rude employee asked us to move while we were in middle of loading our cart, which she was pushing and empty cart and could have waited the whole 20 seconds we had left but no she felt the need to be excused to push her way through and stop us from loading our cart. Literally we will avoid this store at all cost moving forward they made both my mom and myself feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Next time I will just drive down to home depot where the staff is always friendly and helpful.
