Ordered windows for our entire house. They started installing the windows on June 5 and now going on six months later they are still not finished. One issue and delay after another and almost all the windows in our home left in some shape of incomplete installation for the entire summer. Nails, sharp pieces of metal, screws, etc all around our yard and pool. Do yourself a favor and do not buy your windows here. Update: it’s now December 12 and we are missing a large bay window above our front door because they’ve broken the window twice and it’s now boarded up. We are fixing rental house recently, every time when we went to Lowe’s their employee Rodney always comes over and asks if we need any help, very good service. He’s very professional and knowledgeable, he helped us a lot! He made our shopping experience very enjoyable. Others employees are friendly too, I like this store!

I purchased a brand new washer and dryer for my daughter that just moved out into her first apartment. Purchased the units from Lowe's in Irmo, S.C. They delivered and installed without incident on 2-28-2026. My daughter called and informed me that the brand new Dryer that they installed and delivered was not heating up. On 3-3-2026 I called the store and was directed to call a number to their werehouse. I called and was advised it was after 48hrs and I would have to call another number for the company that made the units. I asked if they could just swap this out for another unit, to which "NO" after 48 Hrs. I called the Irmo store again and spoke with Vikki who tried to help. She went to a Mgr who said that there was a BIG sign on the floor that said 48Hrs. I informed them that I purchase

Lowe’s is our go-to place for anything we need for our home or projects. We appreciate their recognition of veterans. They also have a great variety of plants at very good prices.

Im not one to review big box stores, but Matt and his supervisor in the Appliance department were great to work with. For the first time in my life, I was able to get a whole set of new appliances. I got a great price and they were helpful showing me what I needed within my budget! I went Sunday (I was the lady that was very excited about her New Whirlpool Refrigerator). Last night my last appliances were delivered and installed by 2 great guys and just in time for Thanksgiving!! Thank you for making me feel like I mattered. Good luck Matt!!
