Our appliance delivery was absolutely perfect! Wish I had thought to ask the guys names/ companies - one was from Concord and one from Manchester, NH. They took the old wall oven/microwave convection unit out and installed the new one in record time, did a great job, no damage, no issues. PLUS they took the time to go over some important items with us. Very nice men, quick but friendly. They did need to adjust the delivery time, but kept in touch and notified us, and we're here on time for the rescheduled time. We read some reviews about CRST Transportation that were disturbing, but we have absolutely no complaints.

I bought a shed for Lowe’s to install. Since install over a month ago, I have spoken to the “solutions department” at least 6 times and all they do is direct me towards the third party company THEY contracted with to install my shed. I have multiple paint issues and support beam problems. The third party told me I can just paint it myself again even though I paid EXTRA for a special color and the supports being uneven apparently doesn’t matter even though it cost almost 5k in total. Lowe’s claims it’s not their issue and that it’s the third party’s problem. Well, all they want to offer me is $50 off and that’s it. I will never work with Lowe’s ever again. I have spent so much time on the phones and have never been this frustrated. Take your money elsewhere or you will pay a premium produce

I found a snowblower that I wanted on the website. The parking lot was nicely cleared of snow and the store was clean and well lit. I walked in and it was there ready to go. An employee offered to help as I looked it over. I got exactly what I went for and was in and out in 5 minutes. I couldn't really ask for more.

You would think during the wintertime they would keep an excess of shovels on hand. "Yeah, we don't have the shovels you want anymore", but you can take these cheap ones that will break in 2 uses. No thanks. I went and found what I needed at home depot.

Update: Once again I reached out to the number Lowes provided and talked to a rather pleasant service rep that could nothing to help. I've requested multiple times by email and phone to talk to someone and no one has reached out. No one can say why the tickets were closed multiple time with no action or contact. No one can say why no one contacted me when the snowblower wasn't delivered. Thr whole experience cost me time and money and frustration. Incompetent and Apathetic Before I posted this I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and went to Lowes Concord to try to resolve the issue or get contact information for someone that could.
