The store staff was really friendly & helpful while the store was well stocked, organized & maintained in a very clean manner. The outdoor garden area is a bit messy but they are undergoing some changes & rearranging. The staff out there were really friendly as well. I went to this location to purchase a window AC unit with heat. It was their last one & cost $100 less than I expected. I am happy with my purchase too. I look forward to returning to this store to shop in the future.

Excellent experience at this Conroe 242 store. Staff were friendly and happy to have a job Donavon one of the managers was an extremely professional and very calm and very awesome to work with. Store is very clean and everything is fixed and organized. Highly recommended

Zachary did a fantastic job approaching us and asking if we needed assistance. Upon saying yes he proceeded to help us make the best decision on the product we were purchasing. It is rare to see folks with that enthusiasm and work ethic. We really appreciated it and will be shopping at this Lowe’s from now on. DJ and Zachary helped us outside load the stones we got and were a huge help. Really appreciate those two for everything they did to assist us. Took a trip that would’ve taken us 2 hours and only took us 30 minutes.

The previous time my mom and I went to this location we did not have the best experience. We had a hard time getting someone to help us with what we needed and ended up leaving empty handed. We really wanted to order a dresser for my baby’s nursery that we saw on the website. We decided to try and go again today to see if we would have better success. A young lady named Evelyn was working at the customer service desk and she was so lovely and helpful. She was so patient with us. I’ve been dealing with some hard personal stuff lately and her kindness really touched both my mom and I. We got the dresser ordered and are so grateful. Thank you to Evelyn!!!
