I often visit lowes and buy the plants. I must admit the plants i buy are rescue plants nut not all of them but never the less i have to clean and treat each plant to make sure i dont bring bugs into my collection

Review (Lowe’s Cromwell – 02/15/2025) I’m leaving this review regarding a pricing issue at the Lowe’s in Cromwell today. A Craftsman tool set was placed sideways over the shelf label, and the only visible price directly under the product was a large $39.99 red price tag. There was also a second identical box positioned the same way. Because of how these items were physically placed, the $39.99 price appeared to apply to them. When I brought the item to the register, it rang up as $110. I explained that the product was positioned in a way that completely covered a small yellow $110 price tag to the right, making it impossible to see unless the box was manually moved. After I pointed this out, the employee turned the box and pushed it back so that the yellow tag appeared visible — which is

I went into the store to get an item we needed for my baseboard heater. My husband sent me a picture of what it was and we used the website to determine what aisle and area it was in. The store was pretty much empty I stood near customer service for a while looking at my phone because I realized I was looking at the Bloomfield location on the website instead of Cromwell. After I figured it out, I went to search for aisle 34 which was really confusing because the numbers go from right to left but this aisle was all the way in the back to the right. I saw 1 older gentleman in the back moving carriages I was going to ask for help, but he looked so busy I decided to look for it on my own first. I went to aisle 34 there was no one else around it was quiet not 1 customer or employee passed by me

I walked in the pro end of the store. Big store, cashier not already assisting anyone. I ask where to find my item. She gives me the exact location and smiles while she apologized saying it was exactly the furthest part of the store from our current location. Told her I didn't mind the walk. Found said product for under 20 dollars exactly where the cashier said it would be. On the way to the register, we checked out the Halloween display. Ive added the videos.

I visit this Lowe’s pretty often and have never had an issue.. But I witnessed The worst customer service experience ever… An old couple couldn’t figure out how to use the self check out And the Worker who has a 10 year badge, but yet her name covered was sitting there berating them trying to give them instructions instead of just helping them and show them… This is probably why robots are gonna take over one day… A robot would’ve had more compassion than she did.
