Since I am in an organizational mood, I try to utilize my space also vertically. I have some older rolling carts that can be better used, if I added some project boards to it! 💡! Lowe's! They have shelving and/or project boards in lumber Well, the length I needed was nowhere to be found... but I found Jason. I had asked him, if the project boards - after I purchase them - could be cut for me. He said yes, and went looking with me. However, he went a little further and saved me a couple of $$$. Since 2 cuts would have been needed to be made, why not just buy one long board? And John, lumber, was already making some cuts for another customer! I was informed that if this was a precision project that they couldn't guarantee a precision cut with how the machine works. No problem, project doe

This Lowe's has a large outdoor gardening area. When I shopped here they had lots of clearance marked down plants. They had a very large selection of regular plants for sale. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. 0 help from customer service at the store OR with corporate. Called this lovely location and asked for the store manager. He pretended he couldn’t hear me even though the girl that transferred me heard my request and I made a call out right after and was heard 🤔 This put a bad taste in my mouth for every Lowe’s everywhere. This area doesn’t have many hardware stores and I will make it my life’s mission to ensure no one I know even propagates a leaf from a dying plant in the outdoors section. I wish I could take stars instead of give one.

Bought Christmas light online from an after Christmas sale on 12/26. Online shows the items have free returns as well as the email I received allowed for returns. The item was supposed to be warm white but was cool white and did not match the other same warm white lights I had at home. There was also an elderly gentleman in front me that had bought lights the day before there that didn’t even work. Lowe’s had refused to accept returns. I spoke with Allie who stated the store manager had decided to enact a policy to not accept any Christmas returns. I showed her both the online listing and my email showing that the item is listed as returnable. She told me that they didn’t care what was listed and that it wasn’t their problem even though acknowledging it was “misleading”. Clearly Lowe’s has

We have bought many items from here. The employees are always polite and helpful. That means a lot to me. Shelves are well stocked. If you need several of an item you can order them on-line and pick them up in store. The manager is always helpful and available and cares about his employees and customer service.
