From the beginning, our primary contact, Drew Mills, clearly explained what work needed to be completed and made sure we understood the entire process. The crew, led by foreman Bill, kept us informed about their arrival time and provided updates on when the work would be finished, which we really appreciated. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Any concerns we had were addressed right away. Our house has more than the normal water issues. Paul at USS got us the best crew! 3 days and our life is going in the right direction because of them and so is the water! Thank you to Tory for helping with finance, Paul with the checking daily and salesmanship, but especially to Bill, Joseph, Matt and Cody! They worked so hard and were professional every minute. Once the contract was signed, communication with USS was sketchy and the foundation work started months later than anticipated. The crew was prompt and worked hard with the push piers and tiebacks installed professionally. My only complaint is that I didn't feel that my concerns about a leaky obsolete water and gas pipe were taken seriously. I was assured the plastic vapor barrier would solve the problem, but water continued to drip on the floor because both pipes stuck outside the barrier. I had to spend $330 to have a plumber cut and plug both pipes before the plastic barrier could be patched. Water also leaked onto the floor between the new and existing concrete where the floor drain was installed. I'm told this is a rare occurrence, but water seeped in everytime it rained. The job ran

Had a great experience with waterproofing in the basement of an investment property. Drew Mills was very responsive and helped us from start to finish of the project. Would highly recommend them and will use for future projects
