I came to Lowe’s looking for 2x6x12 lumber, and most of it was in bad shape with cracks and damage. There were no employees around to help, and when two finally walked to the back, they stood outside on their phones instead of assisting. A third employee was also in the back on a Big Joe and also didn’t offer any help, when we got there we asked him for help. We eventually found what we needed on our own, and another customer was having the same issue. Overall, disappointing service and poor lumber quality.

Today, January 21, 2026, between approximately 1:00–2:00 p.m., I received exceptional customer service from Tim in the Tools and Hardware department at Lowe’s. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the correct angle grinder materials needed to cut steel, making sure I had exactly what I needed for the job. On top of that, he took extra time to help me track down the right nuts and bolts, walking me through the options and ensuring everything matched my project requirements. His patience, expertise, and willingness to help made a huge difference. Thanks to Tim’s outstanding assistance, I was able to complete a task that I needed to get done today without frustration or delays. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of employ

I had such a great experience at Lowe’s! I purchased 4 indoor doors, and the manager went above and beyond to help me. Not only was the service professional and friendly, but they also helped me get a discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays. One of the better Lowe's stores. Well stocked. A couple of things need attention: Not enough employees to help, even finding a flat bed cart can be a problem. Also, they should install a repeater for cellular services, there is almost no signal inside which can be a problem .
