Lowe's Home Improvement I give them a Five Star 🌟 rating. I have bought all my housing materials, here at this store and other Lowe's locations. All the Employees are very Professional, Knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. You can ask them anything from painting and matching paint. So many great colors to choose from. Prices are very reasonable here. Very clean, they have bathrooms 🚻. There garden center is phenomenal. Very Professional and knowledgeable about all the plants they carry. This time I purchased locks 🔒 and chain ⛓️ for my gate.

Jayden at the checkout laughed when I asked if they usually call for loading assistance. I had to ask two other lazy employees if they could help me load four 2 x 8 x 16 footboards from the rack and they appeared obviously put out by my request. The same to watch me load my entire load onto a flatbed and never offered any help and I even looked at one and said oh, you must be real busy to which he pretended not to see me . This is exactly why I hate Lowe’s and will be sure not to be back. No customer service what a joke this place is.

We came to this Lowe's weekly for our home improvement materials, often multiple times per week. I tried to purchase a shed, was bounced around over the course of 2 days talking with the manufacturer, (who themselves said Lowe's should have honored the price) and several employees, including the assistant manager and the manager of the store (who never spoke to me directly) management didnt seem at all interested in helping me purchase the shed, telling me i had to talk with the manufacturer, just for them to tell me i have to purchase through Lowe's. Ultimately, Lowe's management chose not to honor the price of the shed. They falsely advertised through negligence, the price of the shed with a different version of the shed. DELIVERED A USED DISHWASHER! YES IM AWARE THEY ARE TESTED AT THE MANUFACTURER AND SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER WHILE DISGUSTING IS NORMAL. THIS DISHWASHER SOAKED TWO BATH TOWELS, A MOP HEAD, AND SEVERAL MICROFIBER RAGS. HAS SOAP IN THE DISPENSER AND DRYWALL IN THE BOX! ITS USED!
