Did not have what we were looking for. No one offered to help us find anything. We were not the only ones, not finding what they needed. The store looked like it had been hit by a tornado, nothing was where it was supposed to be. Until we got ready to check out. The cashier at self pay was excellent. She was polite and right there to help. She had a big warm smile and very respectful.

This Lowes has the best, most helpful people. Starting with the manager, Al. He will actually walk the floor and help folks with whatever questions they have. I have never even met a manager at any other Lowes, Home Depot or Home Base. The paint manager, Colby , is awesome and eager to make the customer happy. Cody in millworks is even more helpful in every department, not just windows and doors. Andrew is everywhere at once and if he can't answer my questions, he goes and looks for someone who can. I could keep going but I need to move on. Long story short, Lowes in the Dougie has a great team!

Definitely the WORST! Attempted to charge my card REPEATEDLY, claimed they didn’t have the money DESPITE it showing on my bank account as being taken and refused to deliver! I’ll NEVER order from here again! Edit to add: I will NOT call your customer care team. They are a part of the problem and 3 days later, you are STILL attempting to charge my account for merchandise I told you I don’t want nor have!

Majority of the associates are helpful the rest are standing around talking. It is hard time find an associate for assistants . Everything in stock and many options

traveled to Lowes to purchase washing machine. one machine on display was about $450. i said i will take this one. not available anywhere in lowes. next machine was about $540. give me this one. not available anywhere in lowes. And we cannot sell display models. next machine was $680. yes we can get that one. something is not right
