Went to look for new appliances and flooring. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were very reasonable and lots to choose from in all the areas.

Home Depot cares about their loyal employees plus they have better prices. I’d travel not to buy from any Lowe’s in our region.

There are many options for the appliances we're seeking, but it was almost too much when I'm purchasing all the appliances for our new home. Clerk was friendly and helpful. Main problem is the lengthy amount of time to have the items shipped.

Yet another frustrating trip to Lowe's a few nights ago. They were the only place in town that came up on google showing this item was in stock at the store, or so I thought... i went to go look at a few things while my boyfriend was trying to find this item, after about 30 minutes I called him to see if he was able to get it. Said he had asked an associate but they were extremely rude and did not help whatsoever! I decided to try and find someone else to help at least tell me where that location would be. The lady at the self checkout was very nice, after looking it up on the scanner, their system said there was 2 in stock but that they were no longer carrying the item. i was told to check clearance, which i was thankful that she at least had somewhat of a clue as to what was going on in

Did a pick up order and loved how easy it was! It has changed since I last did a pickup 3+ years ago but the employees were so helpful directing me where to go. Will be doing more future pickups!
