If I can give zero stars I would. I bought a grill from this Lowe’s, and it turned out to be horrible quality. When I went to the store, an employee Tamara told me to bring it back for a return today, so I went through the trouble of carrying the heavy grill to my car and hauling it to the store, only to be met with a rude supervisor named Henry and Jonathan who refused to take it. He had no explanation, no regard for my time or effort, and acted like he didn’t care at all. Why was I told to bring it back in the first place? And why was I treated so poorly when I arrived? This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Not only was the product low quality, but the staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Lowe’s in East Brunswick is a reliable place for home improvement shopping. The store is clean and organized, and they have a good selection of tools, hardware, and supplies. The staff were helpful when I needed assistance, and checkout was quick. A few items I wanted were out of stock, and it was a bit busy during peak time, but it’s still a solid choice for DIY projects.

The Lowe’s on Route 18 in East Brunswick is one of the best-run stores I’ve been to. The place is always clean, organized, and well-stocked — whether I’m picking up paint, tools, or something for the yard, they usually have exactly what I need. The staff here are really helpful and actually take the time to answer questions instead of just pointing you to an aisle. I’ve done a few home projects with supplies from this location and everything has gone smoothly. Checkout is quick, curbside pickup is easy, and returns have never been a hassle. Definitely my go-to home improvement store in the area.

They have good collections of gardens seeds. They have indoor plants 🌵 and decorative items. Rates are competitive. They also have Key 🗝️ making machine with buy 2 get 1 free (Simple key for $4 and decorative key for $6). Lot of accessories are available. Thanks 🙏👍
