Update: the number they provide is a regular 1-800 number to Lowes to call to place order, etc. NOT a number for customer service. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The manager a big guy, short hair, tall, big belly dude is the epitome of poor leadership—unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly irritated by having to do his job. Basic customer questions were treated like an inconvenience, and honesty and professionalism were completely absent. This kind of attitude doesn’t happen in a vacuum. When management is lazy and disengaged, the entire staff follows suit, and that is exactly what’s happening at this location. The lack of customer service is glaring and embarrassing for a company that claims to value its customers. If this is the standard Lowe’s is willing to tolerate, it explains a lot

I met the manager there today JP. He was very helpful. He was interested in my projects and actually help me find a supplier for something that Lowes did not carry. A very kind and easy to communicate with person. Keep up the great work JP

I recently visited the lumber section at Lowe’s and was disappointed by the level of customer service. The staff appeared unmotivated and were not helpful when assistance was needed. It felt like they were being unethical by not engaging with customers and just dragging their feet. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I hope they can improve their service in the future.names of the representatives are angel and azael literally dragging their feet … also the staff here know exactly what’s going on …..definitely will be going to the other locations

Lowes is always fun for me to walk through. I usually find ideas for projects, supplies for my current projects, as well as a few things I probably don't need. From plants, lawn and garden supplies, mowers, construction materials, hardware, paint, appliances, lighting, cleaning supplies, custom keys made, holiday decor, plumbing, electrical, woodworking, they have about anything for building or maintaining your home. Today I needed a new light fixture for over our kitchen sink and I found exactly what I needed for a price comparable to anything on Amazon. I have found the employees to be helpful when I have a question. Highly recommended.
