I have shopped at Lowe's for over 40 years having been a NC native where the store started. I have NEVER been treated in such a horrible way!!! I wanted to buy several items for a camper that I had just bought. I asked about a price match on an idea that was $10 cheaper at Home Depot. The answer was no. The reason given wàs "out of stock" An hour earlier I had bought several items & left to go out to the camper to put them away & measure for replacement window coverings. After walking over to Fred Meyer & rushing before they closed, I was SHOCKED to see a Eugene policeman waiting to tell me that Lowes wanted me off the property because I was "trespassing" I explained that I left the store after taking with "Hudson" about a propane heater. Avoid Lowe’s for appliances and installation. I paid for an install kit that was never used. The crew duct-taped the old hose (a serious safety issue), and I only found out after tipping them for a job they didn’t do. The second crew refused to fix it, and my husband had to install it himself. What’s the point of paying for delivery and installation if you end up doing the work? Do yourself a favor—don’t waste your money or your trust here. Shop somewhere that values customers.

They had what we needed. Not a great corporation in my opinion, but the place did what it said it would do. Angelo had fun!

Should have read the reviews about their appliance delivery and install. Bought a dishwasher at the end of December that still isn't here. Called their third party company because it was supposed to be delivered on the 31st. No calls, no show!! They didn't even bother to sound apologetic, just a "yeah that happens" from them. I lost out on work and with a family to feed every lost dollar counts. When I asked that they make it right and deliver today they offered me a date at the end of the month then lied to the Lowes representative who called them back for me and said I rejected a date they never offered. I'm disappointed and pissed off. I'm never using LOWEs again.

Unhelpful customer service, unavailable products, generally unproductive shopping experience. They have repeatedly shown items as in stock on their website that are not available in store. Multiple pickup orders have not shown up at the predicted time (and one never showed up at all). The staff can be very nice and sometimes helpful, but some will avoid you at all costs if you look like you have a question. The specialty desks, like plumbing, are rarely staffed. They do still have bulk hardware which is nice. If you're looking for something specific, or help finding that thing, or someone with experience to help you with a project, this is not the place to go.
