This store completely screwed me over. I ordered a snowblower from them about a week ago, with a huge snowstorm coming this weekend. The website said it was in stock and it accepted my order. Two days later, I got an email CONFIRMING that it was ready for me to come pick it up. I rented a truck, got a buddy of mine to come help me, sold my old snow blower, and then right before I was about to go pick it up, they cancelled my order and told me it was out of stock! I asked them for help finding a new one that I could get in the next day or two before the snow storm and they weren't able to get me anything. They had some snowblowers in their warehouses right now but they were unwilling to send the delivery team to retrieve them in the next day or two. EDIT: Thanks for your response but I cal

2 days later parking lot still a sheet of ice my coworker almost slipped on the way in in front of the camera my lawsuit is building its self. Sadly I may have to start going to home depot slip and falls wpuld cost me my lively hood. This is the front door for christmas sakes

My husband didn't realize they close at 9, got there at 855pm and they were so nice. They literally got him his paint and stayed after closing to help him Thank you for being so nice and helping my husband.

Incompetent employees. I had a $1,000 retaining wall block order delivered outside of the delivery window. The driver called me 3 hours before the delivery window started and seemed annoyed that I wasn’t home. He left the delivery in my driveway and the incorrect wall caps were delivered. I called Lowe’s to have them pick up the incorrect items and deliver the correct items. The delivery driver showed up outside the delivery window again and didn’t even make contact with me. The wrong items were delivered a second time. Don’t bother ordering delivery from this location, because it’s just a headache. I’m having them pick up the entire order and I’ll get wall block elsewhere.
