The Bosch rep was in store the day I went in for supplies. I’m a licensed electrician so finding someone who knows about tools in the way I do was refreshing. John with Bosch was super helpful and polite. I have some of their products already and would definitely buy from them in the future.

I went to Lowe’s today to get a Christmas wreath. Daisy and Rick assisted me today. Amazing team work! They made sure I got the one I was looking for. And ,also let me look at a few to make sure I was happy! Thank you Daisy and Rick - great customer service! This store has next level customer service. In a world where so many are anxious to dismiss their customers — this Lowe's goes the extra mile. Jacob, the manager truly went above and beyond to help us with our situation being kind and polite throughout the process. 10/10 highly recommend

Trying to get help from associates has been little difficult. They are either being lazy or they are understaffed. I've been waiting for 30 minutes to try and get some a keys cut. I had to leave and go to home Depot where they attended me within 5 minutes. Update: I went about a week ago to get more keys made for a new lock and I did have to wait again another amount of time but it wasn't as bad (about 15min) and the associate was very apologetic and very sincere. You can tell they were just busy and apparently understaffed that day. I appreciated that she expressed concern for my wait time. And don't get me wrong. I wasn't trying to be there and trying to be seen within a few minutes or anything like that. I know I might have to wait about up to 10 minutes or so, but after that I think t
