Got my New LG refrigerator today. Paid for the removal of my garage fridge, and install of the new fridge. They didn't plug in my new refrigerator, install the filters or even take any of the plastic off, then they left and claimed "they didn't see the refrigerator in my garage to take away". Even though we called immediately upon realizing they didn't take our old refrigerator (5 min tops) they assured us they absolutely could not turn around and we would have to wait 9 days before they could return. Huge waste of my time and money. Should of went with Home Depot

I have purchased a wash machine which was supposed to be delivered at a specific date. Do through the machine being damaged they had to come back out the next day for a redelivery off a new machine. I have lost a second day of work and they offered me a compensation off only fifty dollars. I would think if you lose a day's full of work they would at least accommodate with a little more at least something that I can work with. They not even meeting you halfway.In addition, they only give you a lowe's gift card. I have purchased many appliances over the years from Lowe's in the past. But this will from now on, no longer be the case.I will purchase my appliances from somewhere else. I’m giving 5 stars to Christina! Customer service. We needed a water heater and called early am to see if they could drop off one same day and remove our old. They quoted us originally 2k just to install a water heater! - so we figured it out ourselves needless to say to not pay that because lol? Way too much. Anywho the guy we spoke to who directs the maintenance team I assume? Promised us a delivery same day and a pickup. Needless to say we noticed 1, that we never got a confirmation email even tho the guy claimed he sent one on the phone, and when we called again to check the status no one could find out order because it was scheduled to come the next day instead of what was promised. I shop at Lowe’s all the time for both work and home projects, and I’m always impressed with the service I receive. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I need. A special shoutout goes to Candy, who often helps me at checkout. She is always incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. She remembers customers, makes conversations feel genuine, and turns even a quick checkout into a positive experience. Employees like her make a huge difference and are a big reason I keep coming back.

My wife and I went to Lowe's on a Saturday morning, to purchase some wood for a project, and all of the heavy duty carts were full of products, but no customers were using them. It took several minutes to find a cart to use. If customers were using all of them, it would be understandable, but the lack of clearing carts so customers can use them is annoying.
