We ordered a new REEB frontdoor, we were happy with the design. After 7 changes on the delivery date, we finally received it yesterday. After the old door was removed, the contractor opened the box and found a disaster, the interior had broken pieces, badly done, with visible covers for the screws, and worst of all the exterior side has two colors instead of one. The tables that separate the door from the sidelights and the frame are unpainted and even in white, it was cleared with the designer we wanted all in brown and even we have a picture of it. The door look low quality, bad taste and it will be impacting our property value. Lowe’s and REEB should repaired the damage with a new door and installation. It is a typical Lowes store. Seems to stock most things I find in most Lowes. The parking lot is oddly laid out, but I'm sure that is a feature of the space they had available. People were friendly, and the store was clean. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for this time, but I think it is because Lowes has kind of de-emphasized brass connectors.

I don’t generally enjoy time in home improvement stores especially shopping for expensive appliances but Akshay and Chris were incredible helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly while my fiancé and I shopped for a fridge and dishwasher. Our third big box store stop of the day and by far and away the most helpful employees. Thanks to both of them. Unfortunately I have to update this review. While the employees were helpful and surely well intentioned, after four months of back and forth with corporate Lowe’s, the rebate we were promised did not come to fruition. Apparently the fridge we bought was not qualified for the rebate, and the whole reason we purchased the fridge and dishwasher was BECAUSE of the rebate. I hate this Lowe', from the staff up to the manager's, they all have attitudes. It's small, the don't always have what you need. Anytime I'm closer to the Laurel or the Frederick Lowe's I'll happily go there. And generally I like Lowe's better than I like Home Depot.

Had a very crooked experience the other day went to p.u an item because of an error only to notice after leaving I had been robbed portions of the item I went to lowe's for. Noticed went back to check sure enough they had taken parts needed or gave me a returned Item,didn't give another damned about customer service. I think every job should screen employees before they hire. Bad for business. Cheap labor is not good will turn customers away and leave a stain on your business....For this day
