I absolutely love shopping at Lowe's! The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Over the summer, I was helping my 95 year old Aunt arrange flower beds in her yard was a challenge, however with the variety of affordable flowers, plants, mulch and potting soil the yard was the talk of the block. Our flowers are still blooming and hopefully they survived the hard freeze we just experienced.

I am only giving 5 stars because of this wonderful lady named Jodie. During these chaotic times with today’s upcoming snow storm many workers seem understandably overwhelmed. Jodie on the other hand exhibited the best form of customer service I have ever received. She introduced herself and told us good morning without being asked. She noticed we had a space heater and asked if there were more left. We replied yes and she told us she just wanted to know in case other customers would want to know. Then I asked her where the flashlights were located and she gave me clear instructions. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find what we were looking for in the flash light section. 5 minutes later Jodie came and found us and offered us a better option for a flash light because she noticed we had a b

I just want to brag on a well knowledgeable, super nice and helpful employee. His name is Kelly. My husband and I are currently remodeling our home and Kelly has helped us SO much. He is so sweet and can tell you where everything is without any hesitation. He helped us pick out the best door and storm door and many, many other products. Kelly is always willing to help even when it’s outside of his department. Such a super nice man with such a friendly and helpful attitude. He has made numerous store purchases super easy for us. HE NEEDS A RAISE!! Thank you Kelly!!!

We came here during Christmas to buy a new tree, and an employee was very kind and showed us where to purchase it! He was very kind, and stated that it was discounted, and we got a Christmas tree at 25% off! I will definitely stop here to purchase everyday tools, home decor, or miscellaneous items! Please stop at this Lowe’s for a premium experience!

Wow what a difference I went to the lowes in gastonia nc. Went and bought lumber all te bins were clearly marked with price also had help loading truck. The reason I am so surprised is because I usually get everything at the shelby lowes where nothing was ever marked employee told me they could not keep up with price changes I guess gastonia has better ways. Also in Shelby lots of people standing around.i got help in gastonia. If it wasn't so far to drive I would always go to gastonia. Oh I forgot to mention I I spend thousands of dollar every year a lowes.
