No one around to answer a question on stock. Checked stock on line before traveling 35 mikes one way to purchase, show stock of 100 pcs. finally found one person with a Lowe’s shirt on, I asked if there was more of the product in stock somewhere and told him the situation, just told me I’m sure there is more, told me to be patient and walked away. Nothing else just walked away. Went back up front to a service desk waited in line to ask if possibly someone could help me. Person paged an associate, excellent person who spent the time to go outside to find the remaining 4x8 Pieces of styrofoam. Then it took another 15 minutes to get a manager to unlock the gate for the young guy to get into the outside storage and get the stock. It’s been a few years since I was here last. I just wanna give a thanks to employee “John” in plumbing. He noticed the confusion on my face, asking me if I needed help. He brought me right to the area and found me the item. I like when employees inquire if I need help, before having to find someone. The cashier at self checkout was both courteous & attentive. I’ll definitely return based on this experience!! 👍👍🇺🇸😁

DO NOT recommend doing business with Lowe’s. This company is poor on communication and staff lies. I have been waiting over 2 months for carpet to be installed. It was supposed to been done this morning. They never showed up, no one called to let me know it was cancelled. This was supposed to originally been done the first part of December. Here I sit with a torn up floor now for almost 2 months. They lost all further business from my family. You ca not call Lowe’s and talk with anyone to figure out on your order. They all give you a different story to cover their asses

Lowe's is a great place to shop. The store is spotless, well-organized, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole experience feel comfortable. The products are good quality and the staff is friendly and attentive. The only downside is that the prices run a bit high, so it’s not the most budget-friendly option. Still, the clean environment and good service make it a pleasant stop overall.
