Waited all day for a delivery that never showed. Even though they sent me a text message and email showing it was coming and that I had to wait because there was a four hour window of course then when I was an hour away from the window closing, they changed my order to the next day no explanation, Try to call customer service after getting through all the automated stuff I got through to someone who didn't identify themselves could've cared less whether my order came was on time or not. Had no explanation for why it didn't come the day. They said it was going to come even though I scheduled it two weeks out. I don't know if it's just a Lowe's in Goldsboro but someone needs to fix it because whatever is going on there their management is horrible. I don't think they have any and their cust

Today, as a Pro Member who consistently spends significant amounts with Lowe’s, I visited the store intending to purchase materials and load them into my SUV under the designated loading zone. However, I encountered an employee who, in a rude and unprofessional manner, demanded I move my vehicle to the parking lot. When I asked for a moment, he bluntly stated he didn’t care. This location repeatedly demonstrates a lack of proper management, trained staff, and customer service. Every visit is plagued by difficulties, frustration, and incompetence. I strongly urge corporate to address these issues promptly, as such treatment of customers will harm business and drive away future clientele. I would advise fellow Pro Members and construction professionals to consider other locations until this

It's a decent Lowes. The kitchen section was crazy. There are lots more displays and products than most locations. The lumber section had the same warped lumber that every other Lowes in existence has, so there was no suprise there, only disappointment. It It took like 10 min digging through a pile to find five 2x4s that weren't crooked. They randomly sell massive bags of dog food here. The staff member I spoke with was a wise and knowledgeable stoned hippy guy who pointed me in the right direction for a random item I've never needed, heard of or seen...but when pressed, he knew exactly what I was talking about even when I didnt Lastly, there was corn growing out of a 1 ton bag of gravel, which was fascinating (see photo) All in all, it was a decent experience

It's strange. You walk in and everything seems normal just like lows used to be. But now you walk inside and before you know it you have a female manager following you everywhere you go... This lady would be on the same aisle I was within 15 secs I felt followed and everything but welcomed even after going to checkout having spent over 200 in this trip I might start driving to home depot instead shame on Lowe's for allowing this type of employees.

So again after my review told now to email lowes , funny if Lowe’s really wanted to fix this they would contact me not wasting my time , they had their chance maybe legacy flooring should show up for their job n not call 15 minutes before too say their not coming so again I out my pay do too missing a days work, second time that happen , that is added into law suit , the total keeps adding up.
