This Lowe's is probably one of the worst ones in the area. For starters, customer service is a hit or miss. More often than not, employees will not ask if you need assistance even if you look completely out of your element. Heaven forbid you ask a question to an employee who does not work in the section you're talking about. They get so aggravated as if you intentionally meant to ruin their day. Your best bet is to go online and search for the item yourself. Doing so allows you to see the aisle and bay location. However, don't be surprised if the item hasn't been stocked because it's in the overhead. On more than one occasion, an employee has had to help me, which really irked them. The only employees that are responsive are those who work self checkout. Their inventory isn't the best. Mos

I want to leave a very positive review for the Lowe’s Home Improvement, especially regarding their online purchase and pickup service. I shop through the Lowe’s app frequently, and I can honestly say that this is the only store in the region that is consistently efficient when it comes to online orders and pickup. The process is smooth, fast, and reliable every single time. I also want to highlight an exceptional employee: Sandra. Every time I go to the store to pick up my online orders, she is there working. I have never seen her standing around, being lazy, distracted, or disengaged. On the contrary — she is always moving, always focused, and always doing her job with excellence. I just want to say how impressed and grateful my husband and I were with the help we received from Ms. Ann at the garden center. She took the time to walk with us through the plants and patiently explained which options would thrive best in the full sun area at our home. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond. She even showed us photos and helpful websites to support our gardening success. Her passion and expertise truly made a difference and turned what could’ve been a long search of buying the wrong plants into an enjoyable learning experience. If I could give zero stars I would. My stove broke down a week before Christmas so I went to the goose creek Lowe’s to buy a new one. Had to speak to the associate twice to get her attention away from her night before conversation with her coworker to help me that was the first mistake in experience. Then I ask for it to be delivered my old one to be taken away , install the new one and give me the warranty. No problem . Well that wasn’t the case. The guys came to deliver it which was on time and great and I asked aren’t you installing it. No we only deliver. So I call up to Lowe’s to find out what’s happening and she said the installation was never purchased that she couldn’t help me I had to come back up to the store. So again I go up there and purchase the installation that should have
