Waited for a considerable amount of time to have some bags of mulch loaded into my truck. After toll where to park, no one came. The guy on the forklift even said I think that’s the guy for the mulch. Eventually park my truck went in and got a refund to a very unconcern manager named Aaron. Zero customer appreciation, zero willingness to even listen. If this is the future for Lowes, I sure hope a Home Depot comes to town.

I usually love Lowe's and the employees are always usually very helpful. I went in today to get a pint of paint and I had to stand at the counter for 15 minutes. There was 2 employees working and they both acted like I wasn't even there. By far the slowest and worst service I've ever experienced in this store!

The store was very crowded when I went in and had to get the help of a very sweet employee, she explained it to me in a way I could understand.

Appreciate the helpful employees. Cameron helped me fit some wood pieces into my car after the store had already closed. Thanks for going the extra mile!

Rode to Lowe's with my homeboy I had just given plasma and walked 2 miles so I was a little tired and decided I would take a nap while he shopped in Lowe's. He had a good time in Lowe's bc I got a got a 2 hour nap. Business seemed good and customers were polite and didn't wake me up. Thank you Lowe's!
