Tony, the Assistant Store Manager went out of his way; went above and beyond to assist us in cutting wood. This act is commendable considering he was already occupied with something far away from where the request originated (Appliances) Thank you for your outstanding leadership and keeping the customer first! Thank you Louis who also helped and spoke so highly of his manager. Definitely a good team.

This Lowe's offers a wide range of products, including tools, building supplies, appliances, and outdoor equipment. The store is ALWAYS well-organized and easy to navigate, with clearly labeled sections and helpful signage. The staff is generally knowledgeable and friendly, and they are often willing to assist customers with finding products or answering questions. I had a great time picking up gardening supplies and vegetable seeds. Everything was easy to find and the plants were in great shape. I finally got my hand on the bug-bitting plant. This plant is Soooooo cool and very interesting. It literally eats the bugs/ insects right in front you! Absolutely terrible, nightmarish experience with this Lowes. DO NOT get a fence installed by them. The installer they used was incredibly shady and kept harassing me on text for more money outside of the Lowes contract (including a $1,500 "hard dig" fee I wasn’t informed about, was not in my contract, and even Lowes Support had no idea what was going on). Speaking of, customer support was constantly rude and unhelpful. The "fence" was done but not the gate. The installer took MONTHS put up the gate, and when it was finally "finished", there were massive gaps across the vinyl slats and the gate was literally hanging at an angle, unable to be latched. I showed support pictures yet they repeatedly canceled my requests to fix the fence without any explanation. I had to call weekly to get any u

I ordered a GE stackable washer/dryer combo and they attempted to deliver the same defective/broken non functional appliance twice in a span of four days! Numerous phones calls to the store resulted in being placed on hold for over twenty minutes with Al my "Sales Rep" in appliances not picking up the phone. I then proceeded to call the main customer service number only to be bounced around to multiple representatives to cancel my order and get a refund. They are currently processing a partial refund minus the delivery fee and haul away charge on an item I did not accept.The next step is a dispute with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from LOWES!

If it’s not on the shelf, don’t buy it from Lowe’s! When you buy something that comes from the Lowe’s “market delivery warehouse”, it’s like dealing with a separate company. Hands down the worst delivery experiences in my life. Took 3 attempts to get it right, and now we have a dispute with Lowe’s credit because the second stove didn’t register in the system when they took it back , and now they are charging us for 2 stoves.
