The only reason this isn’t zero stars is because of Fran in sales. When we went into the Hadley Lowe's physically, Fran was professional and truly did his best to help us navigate the mess. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been a disaster. We are going on two weeks with no hot water. We scheduled a hot water tank installation, but it’s been a string of no-delivery and no-show installers. Lowe’s Customer Care has been virtually non-responsive, leaving us in a loop of empty promises and zero communication. Being without hot water for 14 days is unacceptable. We haven't paid yet, and at this point, we likely won't. If you need an emergency appliance replacement, do not rely on Lowe’s corporate coordination—they will leave you stranded. Excellent experience on this trip. I feel like it's the halfway point between a hometown parts store and the depot. More consumer friendly the. Depot and more better options than the hometown parts place. Got a new sink faucet, and ordered up a new vanity

Regular shopper kinda of annoyed website listed 4 items in stock 2 clerks checked their in store devices said 4 but weren't available so it was a wasted trip and alot of wasted fuel. Ended up at home depot

One of the nicest Lowe’s I’ve been to. Nice, easy to find staff. Clean inside, with a large clearance area.
