Lowe's Home Improvement

Today, I visited Lowe's on Shank Farm Way to purchase a few items. The employees were exceptionally professional and helpful, assisting me in locating everything I needed at very reasonable prices. After finding my items, I proceeded to the self-checkout area, where I was greeted by a delightful individual named Jeff. We had a wonderful conversation that continued even after I had completed my purchase. Jeff was easy to talk to, like reconnecting with an old friend. Every time I visit this location, I leave satisfied and with everything I need. The employees are outstanding, the store is clean, and the inventory is well-stocked. If you need to visit Lowe's for any reason, I highly recommend this location. Five out of five stars!

Ordered a hot water heater that I was told would be in in 3-4 days on 12/11. Was being sent from a warehouse in TN. Seven days later I was told it was now due to arrive on 12/29. I went to the store on 12/30. Told it was delayed again with no explanation and no attempt to find and expedite. Person in order pick up simply shrugged his shoulders, said there was nothing he could do, and that the manager was not there. Extremely poor way to treat a major customer!!!

Extremely bad customer service. Unfortunately one of the worst Lowe's stores in recent memory. Lowe's has lost the ability to care about their customer base. They care more about corporate greed and their bottom line instead of their relations with the people that support their business. I would highly recommend Home Depot in Hagerstown they have far better customer service and helpful staff. Also when you see the cameras in the parking lots with the little blue lights ,those are from a company called FLOCK. Do a simple YouTube search of what those flock cameras are and how LOWES participates in selling YOUR personal information by tracking your vehicle license plate numbers to selling your personal information by tracking your every movements and selling your personal data to the highest

Love this Lowe's. Very nice employees and helpful. This store is never chaotic. They have exactly what you need in the exact spot they say that it's in.

Overall the inventory here is pretty spot on - sometimes I have issues with the Lowe's website not matching the store shelves but this location is quite good
