The assistant store manager, Chuck Razmund, is the most abrasive and inconsiderate person I have ever met. Twice we have had issues with him and twice he has basically told me to pound salt. Most recently when handling an issue with false advertisement of a shelf, he was rude and combative when trying to work through the issue. The problem was they were trying to sell an open floor model shelf and advertised it as the entire product line. Absolutely no apology for their mistake or any attempt to correct the issue, simply a "good luck with your complaint, I hope it works out for you". Had he offered to discount the two shelves we brought up to checkout even a little bit, it would've resolved the issue. Instead he kept saying "do you want the floor model or not". On 6/19/25 I purchased two AC. One window one portable. I had to wait for a night to install for my daughter as she works two jobs. I went over on 6/22/25 and determined the window unit was best. I took the portable back on 6/23/25, the woman at the desk at first friendly commenting on how the receipt was the end if the roll, I would have preferred conversation about my return. She scanned it and stated she could not return it as it was over 48 hours. Baffled I asked where does it state that? Not in the receipt but at the return desk in very small print and in the wall in very fine print. I asked for a manager, then her true self came out, annoyed she called for a manager, no one was coming I asked where they were, I was told in a meeting. What has happened to customer service? Walk the store for 20 minutes and not even eye contact nor even a head nod. Only interaction was at only option at self check out on a Sunday at 1pm. She wanted to see my receipt of an 80 lb shelving unit. This unit I found a cart, put on the cart, checked myself out and loaded into my vehicle myself. Nobody ever offered anything. Great store, the employee was amazing they was courteous and helpful since y get to the store. Better than home depot. They try quickly to find the stuff that I was looking for. Thank you for be a hard worker. My only disappointment was that the tool that I bought was missing one part and that the blades that I want to buy it wasn't avaliable even that the website was saying that the store have 6 avaliable. But still a great store to go and buy what you need.

Prices and selection are fine I guess, but this one in Clifton Park recently got two ALPR cameras installed in their parking lot (and after looking more, the Wilton store has FOUR and the Latham store has one), so I will no longer patronize the store. I like my privacy more than I like to shop at Lowes. Local Home Depot and Tractor Supply don't have these cameras so I'll go there.
