Great customer service. Had an issue with a delivery and Mackenzie was able to not only provide support but was able to get my necessary items delivered the same day with no delay to the original times. Awesome job! Thank you.

Lowe’s is a good local box store with many products for the professional and doit yourselfer alike. There is one problem, although they carry a large variety of sku’s, it’s inevitable that out of your list of materials, there is a great possibility that the most important piece you need will be missing or unavailable. As far as a contractor, they have dropped a lot of the staples and made them special order only. It seems they are more interested in having every home cleaning product they can find, sacrificing shelf space for the things we need to finish the job.

I hear on the speakers all the time “we match the low prices”, but come to find out, this store won’t match lowes.com’s own prices. They will only match “competitor” prices but not the website that represents them?? But wait, it gets better. I can order the item online (for lower price) and have it picked up at this EXACT location curbside 🤦🏽‍♂️😂😂.

Harmony at customer service is AMAZING. After 3 days of walking the store to try and find my wallet she messaged me on Facebook stating they had found it!! I seriously couldn’t thank her enough for reaching out to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I got it back. Thank you Harmony!!

Several visits today for a remodeling project. Thanks to everyone at the Pro Desk for all the help! The girl at the register was so pleasant (please fix her chip reader!) Many thanks to Tyler who helped us narrow down the concrete we needed and helped us load all three carts on our final trip! The gentlemen with the beard in plumbing who helped us was exceptionally knowledgeable! And the young lady in the tile department, can’t forget you, she is a Grout Queen! 10/10 guys! Keep it up! 👍🏻👍🏻
