The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We called at the end of July to have someone come out. It took several days with no response for us to call back to follow up. We kept leaving messages and receiving no call back. Finally after two weeks, they sent someone out to assess our situation. Days later, we still hadn’t heard anything again. After calling back they informed us that the person they sent out didn’t specialize in what we needed and we would need someone else to come out. My husband called 2-3 times a week and each time the receptionist would confirm the messages were sitting right there at the desk and someone would get back him. Excellent service from Kelly and the Phares Fry crew. We lost water to our house and since it wasn't an emergency, they were out the next day bright and early to assess the situation. I initially thought the well pump was bad. Upon further inspection, they saw the issue was faulty wiring. They replaced the wiring to my pump as well as running new hose. It turns out my pressure tank was also bad, and they had that replaced in what seemed like minutes. The techs who came out were extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend Phares Fry to anyone who needs quailty work done quickly.

I dont typically leave reviews but unfortunately it's warranted. We needed a new well due to ours being only 30 ft deep and having issues running out of water with just my wife and I. We have a kid on the way and don't want to have these issues when our baby is born. They made us wait 7 months before coming out. Every time the excuse was the rig being "down" and them being afraid of the weather and pushing things back. We trimmed multiple trees back as they requested, dug a pit (as they requested), and even put in a temporary stone driveway so they couldn't use anymore excuses not to come out. They finally come and start drilling. Within an hour or two of drilling they get the bit stuck in the ground after only going 60 ft deep. Nate and Mike were the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful men I’ve ever had do repairs at my home. They immediately knew what my problems were and quickly fixed them. Extremely impressed and would recommend to everyone!! AND they were here within a half hour of calling them!!! Mike taught me everything I need to know regarding my entire water system. Can’t review cost because I haven’t received a bill yet.

I have been in need of their services twice now. The first time was not an emergency and the second time was. The first time the techs came out and were very friendly and explained every step of the repairs. the second time my well pump went. I called them and they were at my house within two hours. It was the same techs. They were very friendly and again explained all aspects and options to me before they did the repairs. I had water running within a few hours. I really can not recommend this company more. Every person that I have dealt with has been exceptionally friendly, and responsive.
