DO NOT order your kitchen cabinets here. Only one salesman knows how to use the “new program”. And it wasn’t our salesman. Shame on Lowe’s corporate for implementing a system without proper training. The order was messed up , our project is now delayed 4 weeks (so far). Besides ordering the cabinets wrong, The “inept “ salesman had the wrong cabinets picked up and sent back to the WRONG Lowe’s, so we waited another 5 days before the wrong cabinets were transferred to the correct Lowe’s and the correct cabinets were ordered. Lowe’s has not offered us any type of compensation for this colossal screw up except for not charging the difference for the correct cabinets. This Lowe's consistently comes through when it matters most. Whether I'm dealing with an unexpected plumbing issue or hunting for ice melt salt that's sold out everywhere else, this store always has what I need. I don't visit often because it's a bit of a drive from home, but every time I do, the trip proves worth it. Reliable, well stocked, and a true lifesaver in a pinch.

Placed an order for a dishwasher, 3 weeks later the day of the delivery got an email that action was needed. I called lowes only to be told they needed to reschedule my delivery for the next day, next day comes no delivery despite a text message confirming the delivery time, I call once again and am told the item is out of stock BUT on order and will be delivered in 1 week. I confirm the item is still available and my order will not be canceled, I was reassured it was indeed on order from another store. 2 days before the next delivery I get a call there is something wrong with my order. It has now been 1 whole month since my order. I call back and am told by another employee the item is out of stock and there is no option except to buy another unit (more expensive) or cancel my order. WHAT

I try to avoid leaving negative reviews but the customer service is a complete mess. There's no communication between the website/corporate and the store. I ordered a dishwasher online. It allowed me to schedule delivery, so I did, nearly a month out so that I could be at my mother's house for the delivery. Two days before the delivery, I was told that the item was not in stock, because it was "custom" (I'm not sure what "custom" means in this case as it is an item listed on the website with no special changes and I was permitted to choose a delivery date for it, implying it would be available on said date). I had planned to install the dishwasher myself. Since I would no longer be there for delivery, I had to pay $289 to add installation to the order (nearly 50% of the price of the dishwa

Was in this morning, wood & nails seen a customer pissed off unnecessarily cursing. 10 min wait to check out cashiers in bathroom outside. Employee comes back on phone for 5 min other older employees man & woman standing around nearby cant help ask them for help they basically laugh. You have to have an answer for a 10 min wait. This is why EVERY CONTRACTOR goes to Home Depot I came here to beat the line because your store is always empty. Amateur hour st Lowe's. Never again.
