If you want good service, look for another store. We bought a door from the new Haslet location and paid for installation. On the day of installation, it was canceled because they had damaged the door themselves. We ended up having to go to the Lowe’s in Keller to get the same door, but unfortunately the promotion was no longer available. Because of this, we paid $600 more for the exact same door. This experience showed extremely poor management and very poor customer service at the Haslet store. No accountability and no effort to make things right. Very disappointing.

Victor in appliances was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the deals on washers and dryers. He took the time explaining everything to my husband and I as we are new homeowners and had several questions. We ended up getting a great deal on the washer and dryer and signed up for the rewards program.

I live close by the store so I was really disappointed after I started going to it. Their lumber selection is terrible, it seems like every time I go there I can't pick out three boards that are straight. This time it was the plywood 3/4 inch. It was warped so bad they couldn't cut it in their own saw. I'm handicapped so I had the lumber manager, I think his name was MJ to cut it for me so I can haul it in my pickup. He was very hateful and never said more than about three or four words to me the whole time, constantly shaking his head and looking upwards like he was really being put out to even help me. I talk to David the assistant store manager about the lumber and about my experience with the lumber manager MJ and he downplayed it like it was nothing and basically told me that that's a

Nice new store! I drive 10 miles farther to co.e to this store because the Decatur store is always trashed. The employees here are more willing to help and have great attitudes. AND, I can always find a cart!

I came in to Lowe’s for plumbing issues and got Wes (in training) both times. His vast knowledge and experience helped me fix my issues and walked me through how to fix it. got me what I needed and didn’t try and sell me all the bells and whistles that isn’t needed for the job. He said, this is what you will need and make sure you take these steps before you begin to be safe.
