The guy at plumbing was really helpful I had made three trips to two Home Depot buying and returning stuff until I came to Lowe’s and got advice and the right parta i needed that resolved my issue

My favorite Lowes. Near my house but staff is always friendly and the garden area is always beautiful. Never have a problem when I come and I always find really good deals.

Recently, I visited Lowe’s for a home improvement project that included painting, some basic electrical work, and updating my garden supplies. From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. It’s refreshing to shop in a place where aisles are clearly marked, and products are easy to find. The customer service is what truly makes Lowe’s stand out. Associates were not only friendly but also knowledgeable. One employee took the time to walk me through the different types of paint finishes and explained which would work best for my living room project. Terrible service whenever you go return something they treat you like if you’re delinquent Cashiers are always talking to other people taking longer than usual

Im terribly disappointed how business owners are treated. I thought customer service was assisting yours customers and going the extra mile. I hate to say this is not the case. My brother stopped by this location after a long shift and purchased some items. While loading his items he left some in the cart. He drove off, came back and went inside due to all the carts being returned inside the store. He sees the items behind the customer service desk, explain his situation and show the receipt. Do you know what the response was....."how so we know it's yours? It could belong to anybody!" Excuse me, I guess everyone comes back with a receipt of the very same items you located in a cart in the parking lot. Lowe's please make this right.
