I came to the High Point store 10/05/25 and I was automatically greeted by the biggest and warmest smile ever by associate Nickie Archer. She was so happy to welcome me to your store and took the time out of her busy schedule to actually answer my questions and actually walking around the store with me showing me exactly what I came in looking for. Her conversation with me was very helpful and professional and I was able to find everything that I needed thanks to Nickie and because of her I definitely will be shopping Lowes from now on because I always shop at Home Depot but my experience with the Lowes associate has changed my perception about Lowes and from now on, my family and I will be shopping at Lowes from now on. I had an issue with my paint so I went back to Lowes. They did not understand me?! I wanted a flatter paint they stated they can only tint?? Went to home depot instead and they were much more helpful and actually understood what I needed.

I placed an online order for a set of pliers. I did not need the pliers so I never picked them up. The online order siad it would be held until 2/6 and put back on the shelf and my card refunded if I did not pick it up which was my intention. Lowe’s has been calling me for feedback on my recent order several tomes this week but I have been busy and unable to take the call. Today I was able to take the call and gave the feedback that I did not prefer the frequent calls. A text would have been preferred. The lady disconnected the call and a few seconds later I get an email thanking me for picking up my order just now! I never picked up the order at all. I was very disappointed in the staff at Lowe's in High Point NC today. After I retired from the military, I have shopped there for over 10 years and prefer it over Home Depot which is just down the street. But maybe I need to start shopping at Home Depot. Today, I wasted at least 30 mins if not more waiting on help. I went to the electrical dept (aisle 6) and could not find what I was needing. I pressed the help button and waited. No one came to help. I pressed it several more times and waited but no one came to help. I saw a gentleman in a red vest and ask if he could page someone to help me. He said he would, but everyone was busy doing inventory. I waited and waited and still, no one came to help. I went to the front desk and asked if she would page someone. I was told the same thing. I've been coming here a while. The staff is very friendly. I find when I order things online and go to pick them up, it tends to take about 20 to 40 min to receive my items. I highly recommend downloading the app to find where products are located. It is much more efficient than asking, and it's pretty much what they will do.
