Absolutely wonderful service here. We got help from 4 different people. The first one was right when we walked in. We got one of our keys checked out. Turns out there is a chip in it. And we got a copy of our house key. Kim at the cash register was great. We talked and shared pictures for about 20 minutes. It was late on a week day, so we weren't holding anybody up. Highly recommend for you to come to this Lowe's store location! Thanks, y'all!

Lowe's always knows they sell pink buckets that way my husband can't take my pink bucket cuz I'll know they even sell pink women's tools I also saw a pink toolbox a big one I'm so excited

Like any big box stores,sometimes it's hard to get problems resolved. I was fortunate to have numerous helpful and polite employees, and a manager who had to step in because of the procedure that needed to be followed, where certain items aren't returnable, unless they're deemed defective. Even though I live closer to home depot, I drive a little further to get to lowe's and in this case, i'm glad I did and I will continue to do so.

This store has declined over the past few years. As a Profesional Contractor it is no longer convenient to direct my clients to the Hillsboro store as it's associates are clueless as to how customer service works. For example while purchasing sample backsplash tile all small subway like, the cashier came across one tile with no info. Rather than go back to the department I asked if any Pro Desk associates were available. Someone was called. After waiting 10 minutes for him to arrive he disappeared again to go check the price. He came back with a box displaying the tile and tells me the tile is sold by the box and he didn't know why it was displayed that way. After accusing me of opening the box he then tells me I have to buy the whole box. I informed him that I was a Lowes Pro and in the p

I come to this store for all of my home improvement needs. When it came time to replace our front entry and storm door, I was confident in going with Lowe’s to get the job done. Unfortunately, our experience will keep me from ever recommending the Hillsborough Lowe’s for a project like this. We started this process in July 2025, paid for the project in August 2025 and the install was delayed until October 2025. Lowe’s ordered the wrong door twice. The first time, there was zero communication from Lowe’s. We reached out via email twice and phone 3 times to figure out what the delay in scheduling installation was. The error (wrong door ordered) that was delaying scheduling the install date was only discovered after physically going into the store and practically forcing someone to help. Wh
