Every employee that I came across in the store was extremely nice! I’ve never stepped foot into a Lowe’s until about 2 days ago for some boxes. As soon as I walked in I was so confused. An employee immediately saw me and asked where I needed help and I was shown to the boxes. As I grabbed 3 and made my way to self-checkout another employee saw me and asked if I needed a cart and any assistance outside. So nice! A great first-time experience.

On the fence lol its ok but could a be so much. Better prices are high due to a lack of competition good selection ut that could be better as well. They also need to stop bringing in products to replace others that cost way more. We need value. And we need our military discount back on lumber and appliances. Its a dang milatary town!

Jennifer in paint is amazing!! A year ago I went to have some paint matched. She looked at it thought it might be a little bit light and just added her touch to it and the paint was so perfect. Based off of that, when I finally decided to paint my whole home, I went to her. She matched some Benjamin Moore paint that I had to a T. She explained so much to me about paint that I didn’t know before and even reduced something I liked by 50% and 25%. Those were just samples and she took the time to do that. I appreciate all the help she gave me. I love her attitude and I will tell others about my awesome experience with her. Thank you, Jennifer for helping to make my home look amazing!

My husband went to get a paint color matched to a sample we have from Benjamin Moore. He asked for it to be matched, but at a lesser strength. The older lady was rude and told my husband, “we don’t do that. Pick a different color.” He said she proceeded to say they don’t do that because people don’t like the color. Lowe’s absolutely does do that. I’ve been asked there before if I wanted 100% strength. I don’t want a different color. I want that color, slightly less strength. The point of getting a lesser strength is because the color is almost perfect. If I don’t like the lesser, that’s my problem as that is what I asked for and I would be the one paying for it. 2 stars because of the rudeness and immediate “we don’t do that” when it is very common in the painting world. Some of the employees actually care about their job but a majority of them do not. Its impossible to get an answer from employees. I dont know if this holiday messed them up, but I placed a picked up order hours ago and its still in the prepare stage. Its one item. The wood selection is abysmal and about impossible to find a straight piece or a dry piece. The website will say they have X amount available but you get there and tmdont have the correct amount. It would be different if it was in Savannah because you could go to home depot and get it but its in Hinesvegas. Its either Lowes or the over priced Ace.
