I ordered a refrigerator from Lowe’s and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The first delivery arrived, but the refrigerator did not work at all — the compressor failed immediately upon installation. A replacement was scheduled, but the second delivery was even worse. The refrigerator arrived dented, appeared to have been dropped on the corner, and was missing the male power plug needed to even connect the unit. Since then, I have called Lowe’s four separate times trying to resolve the issue. Each attempt started with the AI assistant and was transferred through multiple representatives, yet I was never able to reach anyone who could actually help or take ownership of the problem. Over the course of the six years we have lived in the area, we can not get anyone to answer the phone - Ever! So today, I called Customer Service. They tried twice and couldn't get anyone to answer. I asked to speak to the complaint dept. and was connected to a woman who pretended she couldn't hear me although it was obvious she could. When we go in the store, we have to hunt for help because the employees are stretched too thin. We've spent a lot of hard-earned money at Lowes for over 30 years for several home builds and remodels and have never experienced such poor management as this store. I hear Home Depot is building just up the road. . .

Extremely disappointing experience at the Hot Springs Lowe’s today. My family and I were on a girls’ shopping trip and our very first interaction in the store was wonderful — an employee helped us find what we needed, even taking down a Christmas display so we could purchase it. I wish we had gotten his name, because he truly went above and beyond. Unfortunately, everything changed once we reached checkout. Only self-checkout was open, which wasn’t a problem. The issue was the employee monitoring those registers, Mary Butler, whose behavior toward my family member was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and degrading. I am writing this review in hopes that store management will see it and take action. I have been trying to contact the Lowe’s in Hot Springs, Arkansas for several days, and the phone continues to ring with no answer. In addition, I have been waiting for an update on a quote that has now been pending for nearly two months, despite multiple attempts to follow up. Because I live out of town, I rely entirely on phone communication to move this project forward. The lack of response has caused unnecessary delays and made it impossible to plan next steps. This isn’t just an inconvenience it directly impacts my ability to complete work and make informed decisions. I would not recommend buying a refrigerator or extended warranty from here. My co worker, who has twin boys, bought a Samsung refrigerator with extended warranty. 2 MONTHS AGO her refrigerator quit cooling. Lost all the food in the refrigerator. Has reached out NUMEROUS times to Lowes to get someone out to repair refrigerator and to this day STILL DOES NOT have a refrigerator. SUPPOSABLY cannot get the part or cannot get a technician out to look at it. TWO MONTHS, GOING ON THREE. And no they cannot afford to buy another refrigerator at this time, BUT they should not even have to think about it . I used to recommend Lowe's (because if they couldn't fix it, get the part or whatever other excuses they come up with,) they would stand behind the product and get you something else. SHAME ON YOU
