I just had the most amazing shopping experience here in Lowe's! The staff really helped me and being that I'm not some professional contractor or the like that really was of assistance. There are great products and for a great price. And there is this awesome rewards program to top it all off.

Just had the best in store customer service that I have had in a long time! Ryan and Wayne were so helpful with my various in store needs. Ryan was especially accommodating with helping me get the paneling I needed, and then her personally walked me over to the appliance section to help me pick out a new washer and dryer. The manager Wayne was so helpful with getting us a competitor price match. All Lowes employees should take notes from these guys!

I ordered water softener pellets from Lowe’s.com to be same day at 11:17am. I got confirmation at 12:57pm that my order is ready and waiting for driver. At 5:30pm I called and AI system told me my time frame is 5:17-5:47 at 6pm I called the 800# and got the run around and then told I need to call the Howell store. I called the Howell store was informed my order still has not been picked up from door dash (which if I had known they would be delivering I would’ve never ordered because door dash does not come to my area) and got the run around for an hour. After everything I had them cancel my sale. Then at 8pm Michelle called me to Inform that my order was being picked up and would I still like it. Dogs are allowed at Lowe's Home Improvement and we love that they are pet friendly because there is always a reason to buy supplies and why leave your well-behaved dog at home? Dogs can walk around as long as they are leashed and they can also be in a carrier or in the shopping cart. We all know hardware stores have a lot of activity, so keep an extra eye on people and large machines. Enjoy your projects and indoor walks and if you have any questions, call your local store directly.

This is the situation. An elderly man with a Trump cap approached my family to tell us that if we wanted free crafts (like Home Depot does) be careful. They think people are stupid. First there was no craft shelf, there were only brushes and paints. And the gentleman wanted my 6-year-old daughter to choose something and take it "for free" but he had to take pictures🤷🏻‍♀️ Pleaseee!! And then what? Do you call the police? Do you accuse us of theft? NO THANKS!! Something to clarify, the gentleman let one of the employees know what he was going to do. So he has the store's approval to believe that he can do this to people!
