The most unpleasant experience I've ever had buying tools was here. I bought two DeWalt drills for work, but they gave me the wrong ones. I wanted the large battery-powered ones, and I needed to return them to pay the difference and get what I actually needed. This happened just minutes after I bought them, and according to the employees, because the system wasn't working properly, they couldn't help me. I have to wait for the banks to process the refund, which can take up to seven business days. So, I have to return them and wait seven days before I can buy anything again. Honestly, I never liked buying here because of the prices, but after this experience, I think I'll stick to Home Depot and keep avoiding them. Guys, make sure you check everything before you pay so you don't go through

The only reason this Lowe’s gets 5 stars is because of Ford, I was looking for some supplies to build some shelves in my home and every worker I would get close to would turn their back and disappear. When ford saw me half way across the store looking lost he came up and seemed happy to be able to help. He helped me find everything I needed in a couple minutes and I was on my way. I will be coming back for anything I need in the future or maybe I’ll stop by just to say hi to him. If you need help with anything ask for Ford.

We needed assistance with choosing the right stain for our wooden fence to match another, and Ron did an amazing job answering all our questions! He was so helpful from beginning to end. We greatly appreciate that he took the time to help us.

This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was simply trying to exchange a defective product, and after 20 minutes of back-and-forth, they told me the only option was a return—and that I’d need to purchase the exact same product again. This process wasted my time and showed a complete lack of flexibility or customer focus. As a Pro customer, I can confidently say that Home Depot is far superior when it comes to service. This store will now be my last option.

I'm not sure what's happening as this store used to be really on top of the customer service. I just went in and all the buttons that you would push to get help are gone, I waited to have some wood cut for a bit but everybody was too busy talking at the front of the store. I asked someone walking by if there was anyone that could help me and they said go to the front. I'll probably drive over the causeway to home Depot in the future. Sorry I have to do that because I really do like Lowe's.
