Precision Garage Door Service

I had a broken spring needing replacement. The service technician, Mr. Dinnen, was extremely professional and informative. He showed other issues i should consider addressing and explained the benefits. In the end I asked to have booth doors serviced and even had booth openers replaced. He took the time to do the job correctly. I've never been more satisfied with a service organization. Best decision!! The doors operate perfectly and are very quiet. I highly recommend this team. Very happy with Precision Garage Doors. Called them today because door was working intermittently. Another company had been here three times and did not get the problem fixed. The door is custom wood and is very heavy. The opener we had was 3/4 hp and I read that a minimum of 1 hp should be used for this size door. Other company insisted 3/4 was enough. Precision changed it to 1 hp and replaced all the rollers and now it works like a dream! Very happy with the knowledge and professionalism of the tech, Brad, also! He thoroughly explained my options then let me decide what I wanted to do.

Had two hurricane doors installed professionally done by precision garage door service. I can't say enough good things about them as a company, but I really want to give a shout out about how great they are supporting their product. We had an issue with using our new keypad, which turned out to be caused by my lack of understanding, but nevertheless when I called them they had a technician out that afternoon to help. Very impressed with their knowledge and support. In my mind this is clearly a great company and I highly recommend them.

My garage door spring broke and I got in touch with precision. They sent over a technician - Braden- who was very professional, assessed the problem and gave multiple options for repair. He was thorough and quick and my door was back to good working condition in under 2 hours after he began.

As soon as I called Precision I knew we were going to received Great service. Jeff was our technician and he was the best. He very calmly explained our issues and the solutions. Considering it was a Friday night at 5:30 , he stay as long as it took and was not rushing the job. At the end, we have an operational garage door that is better than what we had before. First class service.
