I will no longer shop Jackson or any other Lowes. I worked in customer service for 40 years, and Lowes customer service is pretty much what I was taught not to do! I have purchased online several times and received notifications that the order is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told they never had the order and know nothing about it. On one occasion the person saying that was leaning on the item I purchased. Next, the credit service that use are absolute thieves! On 3 occasions, I paid the card off and asked that the account be closed. On two of those occasions, I was told no problem and it was done. There has been charges added for unknown fees, and on the last occasion, I paid the random unknown fee (125.00) and still received a bill for 45.00. I was told the payment was made on t

I visited the Jackson Lowe’s looking for countertops, and the experience was extremely frustrating. There were multiple associates walking around the store, yet not a single person proactively offered help. I had to approach employees myself to ask for assistance, and the two associates I asked directed me to the wrong area of the store. I ultimately had to continue searching on my own to find the correct department. The one exception was Arielle in the countertop area. She was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful once I found her. She made the experience much better and clearly cares about helping customers. Delivered the incorrect brand of products, in a pickup bed full of snow and personal trash ruining the drywall. Spoke with the assistant manager and they refused to do anything other then contact the 3rd party delivery service for a possible replacement....Yes in case you didn't know if you have anything delivered and it has issues you must contact this company. Lowe's will not handle it. Would be nice if the site stated this or explained all deliveries are 3rd party managed.

Do not buy premium painted boards from lowes. I got them because I didn't have to paint them. I spent more money to get nicer Lords and they put the stickers, not the bar codes but the description stickers on the painted side. While trying g to get the stickers off it left tons of glue and made scratch marks in the paint. I now have to sand them and paint them over. Biggest waist of money ever. Never again.

I have had issues with products I have purchased but the store manager and the assistant manager have always stepped up to make things right. They actually upgraded the defective equipment I purchased and they gave me the choice of what I would like to be upgraded to. Have to give 4/5 stars just because some of the customer service members are young and need some better training.
